Posture
We work alongside leadership teams at pivotal moments. The firm’s posture is restrained and direct: we design the smallest plan that still holds, build with care, measure honestly, and leave clients steadier than we found them. We are not a Big Four advisory and not a staff-augmentation vendor.
How we staff
Senior-only. Two partners per engagement, sometimes three on a build. We do not staff junior consultants on this work. The room you meet in week one is the room you work with through delivery.
Where we work
Based in Dallas, Texas. Engagements are national. We are happy to travel for the sessions that should be in person, and structure the rest of the cadence asynchronously.
What we don’t do
- Generic AI training programs.
- Pyramid-staffed delivery against fixed-bid scopes.
- White-label vendor recommendations.
- Engagements without a measurable outcome.
