An agent-orchestrated platform spanning client intake, matter management, discovery, and delivery — built for the firm, deployed firm-wide, running in daily production.
The problem
A US-based mid-market law firm — roughly $20M in annual revenue — was watching associate hours disappear into intake processing, matter administration, and document handling that the firm had never wanted associates to be doing in the first place. Several point tools had been evaluated; none of them spoke to each other, and none of them addressed the workflow shape end-to-end. The firm needed an agentic platform built around how the practice actually runs, not a copilot bolted onto a single seat.
The approach
We embedded with the firm’s leadership and ran the engagement end-to-end: agent orchestration architecture, intake-to-delivery workflow design, document and matter integration, and the operating model around the platform. The platform was deployed firm-wide rather than piloted on a single team, and the rollout was paired with the operating cadence work needed to sustain it.
The result
The platform is live in daily production across the practice. Approximately 70% of the associate time previously spent on intake and administrative work has been reclaimed — redirected to billable work or to higher-leverage activity. The platform now spans intake, matter management, discovery, and delivery as a single agent-orchestrated system.
